The flower of life

For thousands of years, the 19-circle symbol of the Flower of Life has been known as an energy symbol in numerous cultures around the world. For example, the flower of life is known in Greece as well as in Egypt, China, Japan or Tibet. The flower of life is still used today as a protective symbol, and not just in Europe. In some cultures it is even considered sacred.

The presumably oldest depiction of the Flower of Life is around 5000 years old and can be found in the temple of Abydos, more precisely on the pillars of the temple complex of Osireion in Middle Egypt. With an estimated age of just over 2000 years, the image of the flower of life found in a monastery in Tibet is somewhat more recent.

The Flower of Life supports the removal of blockages that impede our energetic system and ensures the unhindered flow of our life energy again. Therefore, their symbol is also very well suited for use in meditation.

importance and purpose

The harmonious geometry of the 19 intertwined circles within the outer ring is reminiscent of a flower. In the past, many artists and builders were inspired by this symbol. Among other things, it was found out that the pyramid or the cube, which as platonic solids were originally worshiped as sacred, could be represented with the help of the flower of life. The mathematical and universal laws that can be proven in the 19 circles, such as the Pythagorean theorem, the tree of life of the Kabbalah, the squaring of the circle or the Merkaba, meant that the flower of life was also associated with sacred geometry from then on. This underlying geometry of the Flower of Life was used in the construction of churches as well as temples, in the belief that the energy of the symbol would also be transferred to these sacred buildings.

To this day, the flower of life exerts an almost magical fascination on many people in esoteric circles. It is considered a symbolic representation of cosmic order and recurring life. Its harmonizing effect is immediately felt by highly sensitive people in particular and is used as a constant support in normal everyday life. If you wear the flower of life as a piece of jewellery, for example as a silver or gold pendant on a necklace or as an earring, the power immediately has a positive effect on the energy fields surrounding the wearer.

In addition, the symbol of the flower of life can also be used in numerous other areas of life. The Flower of Life is used as a symbol protecting the wearer and user, or to energize drinking water or food. If you label bottles, glasses or mugs that contain coffee, wine, tea or juice with the flower of life symbol, a significantly better digestibility is achieved. At the same time, the flower of life contributes to the suppression of interference in living rooms and bedrooms and helps to counteract the power of water veins. In the house and garden, as well as in offices and workplaces, the flower of life protects your environment, e.g. from harmful electrosmog, which is caused by computers or mobile phones, for example. She exerts great harmony in rooms. This is one reason why some people place meals prepared on electric stoves on a flower of life for a moment before eating them.

Even high-quality essences, such as aromatic oils, are placed on the flower of life and positively influenced by their energy.
